FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL'S PRESTIGIOUS 'CHAIN OF CUSTODY' CERTIFICATION

The FSC’s Chain of Custody promotes sustainable forestry and implements a system that traces products back to their forest of origin. Accredited companies are required to monitor supply chain conditions and integrate review procedures into their production operations.

This certification allows Headleys to use the internationally-recognised FSC logo on products printed on FSC certified papers, and further widens the range of options available to a growing number of customers requesting green print.

Headley Brothers Ltd. Environmental Co-ordinator Sue Gray said: Adding the FSC certification to our already well established ISO14001 system is a demonstration of our continuing commitment to good environmental practices and that the company take environmental concerns of our customers and staff seriously.
