New mono machine offers greater digital flexibility
Headley Brothers has recently invested in a new high volume, high quality digital mono printer, extending its range of available printing capabilities and offering cost-effective versatile printing options for all forms of mono work. The Xerox 4127 will be used for high volume personalised carrier sheets for magazine publishers and will also expand the options for the printing of books, journals, manuals, business documents etc, including the ability to offer on-demand book printing. Utilizing the in-house HeadWay web-to-print system for print ordering, book and journal publishers can efficiently manage their on-demand print requirements, ensuring high quality results and a fast turn-around. The fine image quality offered enables publishers to send a powerful message that lends impact to every communication created. The new machine offers high quality reproduction of text, solids and images, including excellent rendering of photos in halftones. The 4127 is already being put to good use to print high quality personalised carriers for magazine publishers and short-run journal printing for existing Headleys customers. 2010 Your Headleys sales contact or Will Inshaw, Headley’s digital manger, would be happy to discuss the capabilities and options available for any mono work.
