What we do with the information we gather

We may require this information in order to provide you with the quote that you have requested, and to enter you into the HeadsUp competition.

For every new quote enquiry received as a result of an issue of HeadsUp, and where ‘HeadsUp magazine’ is selected as the source of the enquiry using the online quote form, the applicant will be entered into a prize draw.

When the online quote form is completed, and ‘HeadsUp magazine’ is selected as the source of the enquiry, Headley Brothers Ltd will then hold the applicant’s personal data for a period of 3 months, or until the competition draw has been completed, whichever is the sooner, and then these details will be deleted.
